You will get a second confirmation once your package is in the mail so you can look for it. Mailing: All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail at the flat rate of $9.00 including insurance and confirmation. Orders ship 2 weeks from the date it is received. Taxes: All orders shipped within the state of California are subject to 9.75% tax rate. International Orders: Are welcomed. For pricing on international mailing, please contact michele@notjustanyoldday.com. International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be assessed by their country. Custom orders: All of our pieces are custom made and therefore not returnable. However, we do want you to be happy with your Not Just Any Old Day piece, so if there is any concern, please contact us. Recommended care: Because our silver charms are hand antiqued, clean it by wiping with a sterling silver cleaning cloth rather than using liquid cleaner. For gold, a jewelry polishing cloth is recommended. Please store in the protective satin case in which your pieces arrive.
