"A special moment, an important anniversary, a new arrival—those things are really the important memories we cherish through out our lives,” says Not Just Any Old Day...™ designer and creator Michele Esposito. After searching the internet for weeks for the perfect gift to commemorate the birthday of her fiancé, Michele realized she couldn’t find exactly what she was looking for. She recalled a calendar charm necklace that her Grandfather (who was a jeweler) gave to her Grandmother to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Being as sentimental as she is, Michele wanted to find something similar that was meaningful and unique to give the special man in her life. Everything she found on-line was ordinary and unattractive, so to solve her dilemma she designed her own calendar charm, had the first piece made into a key ring for Steve and loved it so much, that she made a calendar necklace for herself.
