Once an order is submitted, it begins processing very quickly. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. All of our pieces are custom made and therefore not returnable. We do want you to be happy with your purchases, so if there is any questions or concerns, please contact us at information@notjustanyoldday.com. and we'll address it for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit or refund within 30 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase.
Not Just Any Old Day jewelry and gift items are not intended for children under the age of twelve.

Personalizing your Calendar Piece
We are happy to add more than one crystal to your calendar face as long as the additinal date is in the same month. To do so, please make your purchase on our site and after doing that, either add the 2nd date and that crystal color to the special instructions box or send an email to information@notjustanyoldday.com with that information and your order number. There is no additional charge for a second or even third crystal.

Mailing
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the flat rate of $10.00 (takes 2-5 days). Mailing includes both include insurance and confirmation. Orders for plated pieces ship 2-4 days from the order date. Sterling silver pieces ships within 10-12 business days (might be delayed during holiday season). Please understand that engraving on all of our items adds an additional 5-7 days onto the shipping time. Please email us if you need your order completed right away. In cases like that, If we receive your order before 3:00pm EST and as long as we are able, we will do our best to send it out the same day if possible.

International Orders are Welcome
Priority mailing to Canada is $20.00 and takes from 6-10 days. For additional country pricing on International mailing, contact information@notjustanyoldday.com. International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be assessed by their country.
Sales Tax: All orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to 7.00% tax rate.

Recommended Product Care
Our plated jewelry can be cleaned with a soft cloth. Apply beauty products such as perfumes or hairspray before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the antiqued finish. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing and household cleaning. Never use jewelry cleaner on our pieces as it may damage the finish. Be sure your jewelry is completely dry before storing. We recommend you store your jewelry in the satin bag that your pieces comes in when they are not being worn.

Our plated jewelry is made from recycled lead free pewter, and all of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA. Our sterling silver items are hand antiqued. Clean by wiping with a soft untreated jewlerycleaning cloth rather than using liquid cleaner. For 14k gold, a fine jewelry polishing cloth is recommended. **PLEASE NOTE - Each one of our calendar pieces are hand antiqued so there are variations in the color/shading on the calendar faces, number and outline. Also note, some of our upgraded chains are made overseas though our calendars and ball chains are US made
